Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

misrepresentation of square footage

I am selling a house I bought 3 years ago. I discovered the house is actually 1770sq ft, not the 1880sq ft the house listed as. When I bought, I looked at $/sq ft to be sure the house was competitive. The equation worked out to be the same as other houses close to 1900 sq ft, so now I feel I actually overpaid for the house at 1770 sqft. Is this a ''buyer beware'' senerio?

Re: misrepresentation of square footage

Yes, prior to pruchasing the property, you could have checked out the square footage.
