Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

property damage

From the suggestion of the judge and the amount of my damages to my property, I moved my case from small claims to civil court. But without finding proper representation, I think it's in my best interest take my case back to small claims even though the amount would be half. Is this possible, going back to small claims court? If so what do I need to do?

Thank You

Re: property damage

You can still represent yourself in municipal court, but you have to be aware of the civil rules. Whereever you are, you still must present enough evidence to win. Generally, once you have moved a case from small claims, that you will not move it back.
