Property Line

My neighbor says we are over 2 inches on his property. Our fence has been up since 1968 40 years

before he moved there.

Is there a law that says after so many years having a fence up the land is legally yours?

The statutory period for adverse possession in Ohio is 21 years. If adverse possession applies, you do not have to move the fence.
