recently I had property surveyed stakes were put in and marked,nieghbor continually ran them over with lawnmower until they disappeared and now mows 3 to 4 feet over on my property, question is will the nieghbors have any claim to my property by just mowing it once a week.

Dear Concerned, Adverse possession of real property, under Ohio laws, and similarly in other states, must be actual, open, hostile and notorious possession, use and occupancy of land for 21 years, excluding all use or right by the lawful owner.

You could ask you Surveyor to sink some iron pins at the four corners of your property to define the boundaries. You could then string a light line to define your land, but I don't think you need to go that far.
