A year ago a friend stored his belongings in our garage. He was asked to remove it, but won't. Is it now ours to do what we want with it? What if he comes back later and wants it?

Send a letter to his last known address, and give him 30 days to retrieve his property. If he fails to do so, it is forever yours.
