Quiet Enjoyment

My landlord has started construction directly underneath my apartment. this construction was not disclosed when we moved in/signed the lease and it is unbearably loud. Under the Quiet Enjoyment covenant in our lease do i have grounds to terminate my lease?

If the construction is taking place during normal work hours, probably not. If the work is late into the evening hours, then probably yes.
