Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I quit claimed the house to my ex-wife, she filed bankruptcy and was discharged on the mortgage. Who has the decision making right on the property?

The liability for the loan to the lender is a separate matter from transfer of title. From what you say here, the loan was also assigned to her. If that's the case, then the discharge may be proper. What do you mean by 'decision making right'?
