Trees on property line

Neighbor harvested trees on the property line without my permission. He had logging company do work. They left a card stating they were marking the border but used an old fence

row. I paid to have the border surveyed and now find infractions. What are my options?

Re: Trees on property line

You are entitled to recover the value of the trees removed from your property. If you can show it was done recklessly, you can recover additional damages.
