Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Ohio

reported sexual harassment and was demoted, transferred, and written up
i reported ongoing harassment to my facility manager experienced(within a 6 month time span)from my immediate manager. i presented documented company phone records,emails,and witnesses. the day after my initial report, i spoke with our corporate hr person who took my statement, told me they would be investigating the matter. the day after speaking with him, my immediate manager had 'decided to leave the company' after 3 yrs. the next day, my fm took gave me a disciplinary write up 'conflict of interest:inappropriate relationship with direct report supervisor and misrepresentation of facts regarding sexual harassment allegations made' he told me that i was being demoted from my supervisor position, transferred to a different department and shift, and my salary cut. i asked about the investigation and he told me it was closed. hr never spoke to my witnesses or even the accused. i asked fm to define 'misrepresentation' and 'relationship' (at the beginning of my employment, flirtation was consensual, yes, until my manager began demanding a 'committed relationship' which i ''clearly stated'' that i did not want, i thought no still means no whenever it is stated) need help

Sexual harassment suits turn on very specific factual patterns, however, the demotion sounds unwarranted.
