My son was recently in an auto accident where he was issued a ticket for acda. The driver he ran into was charged with an OVI, with a .175 level bac. Should my son contest the ticket?

Well, it depends on whether your son wants to show up in court to contest it. Further, if he has no points currently on his record it may just be more efficient to waive a hearing and pay the fine. Another thing to consider is your son's age and how this will affect his insurance rates. He should hire an attorney to advise him further.
