Transfer speeding ticket to another county
I got a speeding ticket from one county. Can I ask the court to transfer the case to another county which is closer to my home.

No. A change of venue is what you are referring to, but a court will only change the venue in very rare circumstances. It is unlikely a simple traffic ticket would ever qualify.
