Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Need some advice
how do i get a copy of a deciesed family members will? is there a copy of it in the citys record department. any help would be appreciated.

If it was filed for probate, then it would be in the records of the probate court in the county where your loved one was living when death occurred.
