Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Contesting a Will

My husband of 3 yrs. revised his will when we married. Due to his very poor relationships with his adult children, he negated them from his new will and has left me everything that he owns. He signed and had notarized his new will at his bank, and his lawyer has a copies of both the old will and the new revised one. Can his children contest this?

Re: Contesting a Will

Any blood relation can attempt to contest a will, but the burden of proof lies with that party to show that the will was not what the deceased would have done.
