Dad passed
My dad and my name are on the deed to his house, he died and now i need to know if his wife has and claim to the house

Depends on whether it is a joint and survivorship deed or not. If it is, then no. If not, she will have a claim as an heir at law to his half of the property.

I agree with Atty. Rozanc's assessment of your situation. I would only add that if this is the house she and your father lived in, then she may have aright to live there for up to one year rent free, as the house would qualify as the "mansion house".
