Family causes trouble on will making

My mother has found out she is dying of cancer and is wanting to write her will but does not want her sister to have anthing to do with it. Her sister has already consulted her lawyer. Does her sister have any power?

Your mother should meet with her own attorney and have the will drafted as your mother wishes. Her sister should have no say in the matter.

The attorney has an obligation to represent the interests of the client who in this case is your mother.
