Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My Father told me he left an irrevocable trust for me. He passed last year, and I have not heard anything about it since his passing. I received a copy of the Will from The Clerk of Circuit Courts where he lived in Sarasota, Florida - (I live in Cincinnati). I was not invited to the reading of the Will, and I don't know who the attorney is. I have a copy the Will that I ordered from the Clerk of Circuit Courts in Sarasota, and I don't see any attorney's names on it, but I do see Witness names on it. How do I go about finding the trust and the attorney? Thank you for your time.

2 suggestions:

A lawyer probably filed the Will with the Florida Clerk. Call the clerk to ask.

Most irrevocable trusts are funded with life insurance. If you can't get the name of the Florida lawyer or there is none, you can try to check the life insurance yourself.
