Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
In January of 2009 my mother was killed in a car accident, my father was also injured in the accident.
My mothers will was not notorized and she had almost $280 thousand in life insureance.
My father signed a power of attorny to my sister, and she had a house built on a large lot that she bought with the money and my sister also took most of my mothers belongings, is there any legal action that I can take?

If your sister is not acting under the power of attorney in your father's best interest your father may have a suit against your sister for breach of fidcuciary duty.
