If your parents have the capacity to execute a power of attorney then they can grant you a power of attorney for health care and financial matters.

Ohio has a standard form for health care powers of attorney that you can obtain online for free from many sources.

I would recommend that your parents speak to an attorney regarding the financial power of attorney.
