How can I obtain a copy of a will that I was named in to be sure that the dispursement was done properly and above board.

Re: Obtaining a copy of a will.

If the estate was probated with the probated court of the county the deceased lived in at the time of death, you can obtain a copy from the court. If the will was never filed for probate, and you know a will existed, you would need to file an application with the court to be named administrator of the estate, and request an order from the court to the person you believe to be in possession of the will to produce it.
