Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
Does the POD on bank and investment accounts supercede the will? Does the will only cover the remaining estate after POD's are paid out?

Accounts that are payable on death or trasnfer on death do not go through the will. The only assets that pass through a will are those assets that were owned by the deceased person alone and with no beneficiary designation.
