Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
probate
I am exutive of my parents estate. They are still living but if they pass away does it still go through probate? And is it true that we will more likely end up losing money? Can you get it pre- probated? Is so would that be expensive?

Your goal is to make as much of your parents assets non probate. In other words, the assets should be either transfer on death or joint and survivor. I would contact counsel now in order to get specific suggestions.
