If you are not married but your address is the same and your fiance passes away what right do you have to the house and its belongings

Any rights to the real property depends on whose name is on the title. As to contents, Any property belonging to the decedent becomes part of her estate, to be disposed of by will or via court intervention. Engaged couples have no legal relationship before marriage.
