about saveing accounts
If you were in a second marriage and you had a saveing account that read your name and pending on death your kids with your first wife kids name on it will your current wife be able to get any of the money?

It depends upon when the account was opened. If it was opened prior to your second marriage then number 2 cant get it. Otherwise it is a marital asset and subject to division
