Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

Trust with pour over will in Ohio Court

Mother in passed away in 2006 with a Revocable Living Trust and Pour over Will. It was (the will Only) was filed with the probate court in September 2006 but the Trust was not filed. Assets listed in the trust were being listed in the Probate court as estate assets and judge ignored this and also allowed a filing to remove co-trustee from the trust without ever see the actual trust document is this a normal action by a judge to make a ruling on a document he has never seen? This is not the only error in this matter. I have had one attorney resign when I questioned his failure to appear at a hearing and I am in fear that my current attorney is also ready to resign since this is in such a mess with the court and lack of cooperation in getting necessary documentation from the executrix and succesor trustee and the inheritance I am to receive has been severely damaged and trust money is being spent unwisely on expensive maintenance to only property due to be delivered to the executrix and my other sibling and none to mine. Please help or give direction I have already paid over $25,000 in attorney fees and have not received the answer or protection to my inheritance which I have requested from these attorneys.
