Legal Question in Workers Comp in Ohio

dose anyone know?

do they take out the weekly payments i got for 6 months from my lump settlement and what about medical they paid for?THANKS 4 any HELP.

As a Virginia Workers Compensation lawyer for 35 years, I always have a statement put into a settlement stating THE LUMP SUM SETTLEMENT IS IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER PAYMENTS PREVIOUSLY PAID so that the insurer does not take any credits for prior payments.

It is always advisable to have your settlement checked out by an experienced workers compensation attorney.
