wrongful terminaton

I recently discovered my employer has terminated me while being on workers compensation i was wandering if he has legal rights to do so?

Maybe. If you're on TTD, the employer can't terminate you solely for absenteeism, or retaliate against you for having filed a claim. The statute has a strict time limit for notifying the employer of a violation, and then filing suit. I have a case like this right now where we represent an employee.
