if you are injured at work and go on workers compensation why are you placed on fmla by your employer

This is a legal but cruel tactic employed to erase

FMLA days,used otherwise for non industrial days of

eligibility. So if you miss 12 weeks of work due to

your injury in the calendar year you have no more

qualified time for absences for serious illness to

members of your immediate family including your

self. Not a good company to work for.
