Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Oklahoma
what are nune protune forms? My friend was granted the his house in the divorce and his ex wife was given 5 yrs of alimony. He has fulfilled his obligation and paid her in full however she refuses to take her name off of the house. He was told he needed nune protune forms. what are these and how iwll they help?

Go to the Abstract Company that has the abstract to that house and see if they can do a correction deed. I very much doubt if they would do that. Nunc Pro Tunc forms will not help. The mortgage company has to release you, or your divorce lawyer needs to get an order releasing you from any further obligations on the mortgage and a title change.
