How much evidence would I need to sue for defamation of character from someone who has attacked my reputation at least 3 times (two times mentioning my name) through a social network (FaceBook)?

You will need a copy of the statments made by the person and provide proof of slander or defamation. This can be done by submitted letters from friends or associates who witnessed these statement on the Facebook site or other cognitive damages if the statments resulted in any form of rejection, job loss, injury or harm to your character.
