Direct Buy Membership
Recently paid a down payment on a Direct Buy membership. Have not used any benifit from it. Has only been 1 day and want to get out. Can I?

You should review your contract immediately to see if a notification of right to rescind with a period of time is in the contact. If no right to rescind is in the contract, then you likely are out of luck. If a provision is in the contract, you must comply with all terms to rescind.
