Legal Question in Consumer Law in Oklahoma
new vehicle purchase
We purchased a new vehicle with trade in to a dealer and now after 2 weeks of having the vehicle the dealership has called and said the contract was not right and they cannot sell the vehicle for that price. We have already signed the contract and cancelled the extended warranty on out other vehicle. Is that contract not valid and can they do that?

Re: new vehicle purchase
Odds are they cannot do that. They probably realize they made a bad deal and are trying to back out of it. Tell them you will be expecting your title in the mail on the 30th day after purchase and that you will be talking to a lawyer if it does not arrive on time.
