possible accusations of child molestation

I have been accussed of possible

child molestation - 12-13 yrs. ago.

Do I need a criminal attorney? The

child/adult does not want that.

The parents may want to bring cival

action. Should I meet with a civil

attorney ASAP?

If you are charged with a crime, you will definitely need a criminal defense attorney.

If the child or parents sue you, you will definitely need a litigation defense attorney.

If you seriously think either will happen, hire the attorney NOW. It may be possible to try to derail that train coming down the tracks towards you.
