Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
if you br ing tobacco into a jailas an inmate that is was doing weekend and they dont charge you then how long can they wait a month to charge you?

In the State of Oklahoma all crimes have at least a 3 year statute of limitations. Some crimes even have a longer statute of limitations. Therefore, one month is well within the time limit to file a charge.
