Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
currently charged with poss of meth with int in oklahoma but the drugs were found on the ground in the vecenety of one of the four places they told me to stand and all this after i had been searched three times and in a cruiser for twenty min how probable is it i will be prosecuted on this charge

I do not understand the question. You say that you are currently charged with the crime. So you ARE being prosecuted on this charge. If you are not guilty then you need to hire an experienced and competent attorney.
