Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma

hi, im on a deferred sentence for embezzlement for 2 years. I missed half of my restitution payments because of lost of job im a college student the only violation ive had is failure to pay restitution. There was an warrant issued for my arrest because of this so i was moved to app to acc.. what does that mean? does this mean i cant get it expunged anymore. My sentence review was later this week. The day of this review i had to turn myself in so the warrant could be cleared. I had all of the money for restitution and court fines before the review, furthermore, by me getting arrested i got a new court date so i attended this court date and i paid all my fines and restitution. Im not a problem to society i simply made a mistake im a junior in college if this fine goes on my record my whole life is over so is me being in school trying to make something of myself. Does anyone know whats my chances are, the judge says its up to the district attorney and judge. The attorney i have haven't did much for me and hes not giving me a straight answer about whats happening he knows the only violation i have is the fines, which is paid now i did community service also. I wouldnt see why i still couldnt get an expungement when ive paid all my restitution and fines just wasnt on time because of job and school. Is there anyone i can talk to about this other then my attorney I will pay. Im really stressed out over this seeing that my life is over if they wont expunge it. please help with information on this case and maybe provide contact information so i can contact other help on this situation, Thanks

Jay Ramey Jay K. Ramey, Attorney at Law

Because you are represented by an attorney, it would be improper for another attorney to give you advice. If you are not happy with your present attorney, you need to fire him and then speak with another attorney. Give me a call if you want to discharge your present attorney.
