Of course it will. If that state has rules like California, then at some point, after satisfactory completion of ALL terms of probation, you may be able to apply for expungement of the conviction. Check with a local attorney. But, even if successfully expunged, the conviction must be fully disclosed on any application to or for govt agencies, professional licensing, security clearances, bonding, etc. Failure to disclose amounts to perjury on such applications, whereas disclosure of a minor conviction may not bar employment or licensing.

The trouble is we live in an age of background check mania, and nobody really knows for sure what the term "background check" means in any given situation, or what kind of offenses will cause one to flunk, or how long ago. My best guess is disorderly conduct won't be a big deal in California, or at worst you would have to apply to the state department of social services for a waiver. Talk to a lawyer who is licensed in Oklahoma about whether you might be able to get the conviction expunged.
