Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oklahoma
my husband is being charged with conspiracy to purchase marijuana and I need to know if they are going to put in jail. they told us he will most likely be released under his own reconnaissance but I really need to know I'm worried that they might be lying to us.

I have never heard of someone being arrested for a felony and then released on an OR bond. The only time that I know of when that happens is if the Defendant has some major health problems and the jail does not want to pay for the medical expenses.
