what is the penalty for a first offense of a klonapin? my name is randy blevins and the last time i got in trouble was14 years ago on a dui. is this a felony or misdemeanor. please advise me on what to do. thank you very much. i had gotten pulled over because my passenger was not wearing a seatbelt.

If it is a first time drug offense, possession of this drug is a misdemenor that carries up to a year in the county jail. What you should do is hire a skilled criminal defense attorney.
