An application to revoke a suspended sentence means that the state is trying to put your son in jail for whatever amount of time he is currently serving on a suspended sentence. This is incredibly serious and I would first make sure that he has a good attorney helping him with the case. It all depends on what he did to lead the DA's office to filing the application to revoke. But he must have done something to violate his probation.
