Legal Question in DUI Law in Oklahoma

I was in an accident with a DUI with no insurance and an expired tag, my court date it the 24th and just want some advice on what to do if I can't afford an attorney

The judge will tell you to come back with an attorney. She will give you about 3 chances to do this. If you show up the 3rd time without an attorney, she will put you in jail and give you the public defender.
