Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My husband moved me from Georgia to Oklahoma State under false pretenses and has recently abandoned myself and my two children ages 1 and 2 here. I need to file for a divorce and child custody in the state of Oklahoma. I have established residents here as far as my own place my OK divers license and starting school. Is there anyway I can do this considering I have not been here for a full 6 months yet.

Hire an attorney, file for a legal separation, and then file for divorce after you have been in Oklahoma for 6 months.
