Can mom keep daughter away from from her father before divorce

The short answer is NO! Having said that, a parent has a duty to protect their children, if there is a good reason mom has for not allowing visitation. Otherwise that can (and should) be used against her in the divorce. Your best interests will be served by hiring a attorney. Good Luck. Bob Adcox
