Legal Question in Family Law in Oklahoma

My mother changed my son's last name with no consent from me. I has two week notice prior to court date and as I live in New York and she is in Oklahoma I had no time to stop it. Also in the papers I have legal access to legal and reasonable visitation which according to her I must travel to Oklahoma. Do I have any recourse
