Legal Question in Immigration Law in Oklahoma
is it true that you can not be on any asstance like foodstamps or medicaid when i get my appoinment with inmigration
1 Answer from Attorneys
It depends on a type of public benefit applied for and the type of immigration process/petition. Appointment for what? Who petitioned for you, or did you self-petition (and for what)? etc.
