Landlord liability
I am in a gated apartment complex. My truck was broken into outside the apt. The gate to the complex was broken so that anyone could enter with out a pass code providing no security. Can they be held responsible in any way for damages?

What is your monetary loss?
DO you have renter's insurance?
Auto insurance? If you make your claim with above be sure to inform them of details, as they may go after LL insurance as well.
