Admin Discharge for the militray

I have been in the ARNG for a year in a half and want to get out because of the way they treat people and myself and I want to join the active airforce. What are some of the ways I can get a admin discharge from the ARNG and not screw up my life. and so that I can get back in the active airforce

You should be able to request a release from the ARNG in order to transfer to the Air Force. However, your command may not support your decision. Feel free to contact me if you need help.
