Legal Question in Military Law in Oklahoma

wrong unit

i was transfered to a unit in texas after going to ait. i have never been to that unit and never lived in tx. i was supposed to be transfered to a unit in ok near where i live. now i think that the unit in texas maybe being deployed, and they are going to try to take me with them. i never go to drill there. i have never seen that unit or met any of the people in it. i was wondering if there was anything i could do about it.

If you were assigned to the unit, you have a duty to go. You need to get in touch with the unit right away and make arrangements. You do not want to miss movement.
