Depending upon the specific facts, the Court will generally allow a defendant to make monthly payments towards fines. There is an administrative fee that is charged to do so. Also, most Courts have a community work service program where defendants can "work off" their fines through community work service. Have the defendant go back before the Judge to request either payments or community work service.

There is a program that allows to pay the fines off on monthly time payments during your probationary period. If you work, you'll be devoting part of your earnings to it. If you don't, you need to find work to pay it. Or by "program" did you mean someone else should pay your fines?

Nice try. No one is going to pay your fines for you, other than helpful family and friends. If you fail to comply with the court orders and probation terms, a warrant will be issued for your arrest. You should have fully discussed and resolved with the judge your problems and need for monthly payments at the time of the plea bargain and sentencing. You could now return to court and ask for more time to pay.
