Legal Question in Criminal Law in Oregon
husband forged my signature on 2009 tax return. forged my signature on 2008 tax refund check of 19,827.00 and deposited in his personal account. anything i can do?

You don't indicate if you're still married. If you're not, then you can sue him and report the forgery to the police as well. If you;'ve waited two years to do so, they may not be too interested in prosecuting, but if you just found out, they may investigate. But regardless of whether they investigatge or not, you can still sue him.
If you're still married, I don't think you will be able to sue. If you're going through a divorce, then you should tell your divorce attorney. Or you should get a divorce attorney.
