How do I find out if I have a outstanding warrant in the state of Oregon without having to hire an attorney?

You can call the court or specific courtroom where you think warrant might have originated, if you are talking about what is called a bench warrant, meaning warrant issued after you failed to show up in court for a specific courtdate.
Other option is to call the law enforcement agency which you think issued the warrant. Warrant information might be available on the internet, the way it is in Orange County in CA, for example.
